A.  No,  Once you select HomeSell, we do all of the rest.  We place you in the MLS® , we put a lockbox in place, agents start to show your home, we have professionals that staff your Open House, we negotiate on your behalf, we do everything necessary to get your home sold for the most amount of money in the least amount of time.

Q.  Do you have multiple programs?

A.  No, we have one program and it works.  You will find there is no better (or less expensive) way to buy or sell your next home.

Q.  What about companies that offer non-MLS® based selling strategies?

A.  Ask them how many of their customers have to switch to their more expensive MLS® program to get their home sold or how many of their customers have to pay added commissions above the advertised cost.  Ask the right questions and you will find there is no better (or less expensive) way to buy or sell your next home.  It can save you thousands.

Q. How can a company advertise that you don't have to pay commission to agents who sell your home but also advertise that they represent buyers for free?  Who is paying their agents fee?

A.  Doesn't add up does it.  Beware of bait and switch techniques.

Q.  What does a major national real estate firm offer that you don't?

A.  Nothing, except a higher commission.

Q.  How can you afford to offer this low price when the others don't?

A.  Volume but they could do it too.  They just choose not to.

A.  Yes, it is the single most important element in selling your home.  Clark Howard, a nationally recognized consumer advocate, said if anyone offers to sell your home for a fee without using the MLS, run away you are wasting your money.
